Experienced Frontline Support Officer

40Hours

As a Support Officer, you will be active in the field of incident and workplace management and supporting our customers remotely with a variety of problems with operating systems (both server and workstations), office applications and hardware. You will also liaise with regular assigned customers with service contracts.

 

The Support/Systems Administrator meets the following job requirements:

* An education at MBO3/4 level;
* Representative and enterprising
* Independent but also socially adept;
* Good knowledge of MS Windows 2016 server and above, Windows10 and Windows11;
* Good knowledge of MS Office 2016 and above;
* Good knowledge of Exchange server and Office365;
* Relevant work experience in the ICT sector;
* Good written and oral expression skills in both Dutch and English;
