Business Improvement Manager

As Business Improvement Manager within our organisation, you will play a key role in achieving strategic growth targets and operational improvements within our businesses. You will also have the unique opportunity to develop into a future leader, with a view to business succession within one of our businesses.

Your role

In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will work on challenging projects such as:

Project Management & Integration: Leading complex integration projects within and across our businesses, with a focus on collaboration across teams, processes and systems.
Process optimisation: Analysing and improving business processes to increase efficiency and ensure quality.
Business strategy: Work with management to set strategic growth targets and implement operational improvements.
Change Management: Supervising change processes within various companies and smoothly implementing new processes.
Sales Projects: Contribute to commercial growth and setting up sales projects within the organisation.
Leadership & Business Succession: You will be groomed for a leadership role, taking operational or commercial responsibility for one of our hubs, with 50-100 employees.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a strategic and pragmatic manager with a strong focus on results. Your profile:

Training: Completed college or university degree in business administration, economics, technical business administration or similar field.
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant work experience in business development, project management, consultancy or similar role.
IT affinity: Interest and experience in IT services is a strong plus.
Analytical ability: Strong skills in analysing data and implementing improvement processes.
Project management: Proven experience with complex projects, including budgeting, timelines and stakeholder management.
Hands-on mentality: You do not shy away from rolling up your own sleeves and being operationally involved.
Leadership potential: You are ambitious, communicatively strong, and have the drive to grow into a leadership role within our organisation.
