Arnhem, April 28, 2025 – As of April 24, 2025, IT Local, part of Smizer since December 2024, has acquired Infotune ICT of Doetinchem.
Infotune ICT has been active as a specialist in private cloud and network services for nearly 25 years. The acquisition is a strategic step in the growth plans of IT Local and Smizer and strengthens the joint position in the SME segment. By joining six new colleagues, IT Local grows to 45 employees, who together support more than 50,000 users.
Both companies share a customer-oriented approach, short lines of communication and the ambition to further improve services. Clients benefit directly from an increase in capacity, expertise and additional services.
