Arnhem, 28 April 2025 - With effect from 24 April 2025, IT Local, part of Smizer since December 2024, has acquired Infotune ICT of Doetinchem.
Infotune ICT has been operating for nearly 25 years as a specialist in private cloud and network services. The acquisition is a strategic step in IT Local and Smizer's growth plans and strengthens their joint position in the SME segment. By joining six new colleagues, IT Local grows to 45 employees, who together support more than 50,000 users.
Both companies share a customer-centric approach, short lines of communication and the ambition to further improve services. Customers benefit directly from an increase in capacity, expertise and additional services.
