ILC-Europe acquires Yoda ICT and strengthens regional market position in southern Netherlands.
Eindhoven-based ILC-Europe has acquired ICT service provider Yoda ICT and will merge the two Brabant-based companies. This joining of forces strengthens ILC-Europe’s market position in the Southern Netherlands and accelerates the company’s growth. The goal is to provide customers with even better support for the increasing demand for online workplace management. After the merger, the companies will continue together under the name ILC-Europe.
ILC-Europe’s online cloud solutions allow employees to work securely and worry-free anywhere. “The acquisition of Yoda ICT is part of a broader growth plan,” said Joost Wittgen, managing director of ILC-Europe. “In addition to organic growth, we remain focused on strategic acquisitions in the Southern Netherlands to strengthen our regional market position and further expand our excellent services.”
With the addition of Yoda ICT, ILC-Europe can grow faster, further professionalize the organization and support more non-profit organizations and SMEs with online workplace management, VoIP, cloud services and ICT management.
