Altios Cloud Experts acquires Doorn & van der Haar ICT and strengthens regional growth
Apeldoorn, 2 December 2024 - Altios Cloud Experts, a leading provider of cloud solutions from Apeldoorn, has acquired ICT service provider Doorn & van der Haar ICT from Vaassen. With this strategic move, both companies aim to further strengthen their market position in the Apeldoorn region and respond to the growing demand for online workplace management and communication solutions.
Altios Cloud Experts' cloud solutions enable employees to work securely and carefree, wherever they are. Managing director Jan-Hendrik Straatman explains: "This acquisition is in line with our strategy not only to grow organically, but also to actively seek new acquisition candidates in the Central and Eastern part of the Netherlands. This will enable us to further expand our services and strengthen our position in the market."
The addition of Doorn & van der Haar ICT will allow Altios to grow faster and further professionalise its services to non-profit organisations and SMEs. This includes online workplace management, VoIP solutions, cloud services and ICT management. Earlier this year, Altios Cloud Experts already strengthened itself by acquiring Zutphen-based Consulutions.
